These instructions are a guide only. Timing may vary according to quantity being thawed. This product is already fully cooked.


  1. Remove from carton
  2. Thaw in fridge at less than 5°C for 24 hours
  3. Check the product is properly thawed prior to use
  4. Once thawed, consume within 5 days
