Our Fetta & Spinach Omelettes are made from fresh Sunny Queen eggs, creamy fetta and spinach. A mouth-watering combination of flavours that’s perfect for any part of the day!

Available in two sizes, the Fetta & Spinach Omelette will add a little Mediterranean flavour to your menu.

  • 12 month shelf life from date of production; 5 days from a thawed state

Real easy heating instructions

These instructions are a guide only. Heating times may vary according to the number of items being heated and the power of equipment used. As a guideline we recommend heating products to 65-70°C and serve, or hold at this temperature for a maximum 2 hours. We do not recommend reheating previously heated product.

For optimum taste, reheat from a thawed rather than a frozen state and serve hot.

Our products will reheat with a soft and delicate texture when following these heating instructions.

THAWING INSTRUCTIONS (Optional)

  1. Remove from carton
  2. Arrange in single layer, cover and thaw in fridge at less than 5°C for 24 hours
  3. Check the product is properly thawed prior to use
  4. Once thawed, consume within 5 days

MICROWAVE (based on a 1100 watt oven)

  1. Place omelette in microwave – if packaged, do not remove wrap
  2. Thawed: HIGH, heat for 1 minute
  3. Frozen: HIGH, heat for 1 minute, then turn over and heat for 30 seconds
  4. For best results, only heat one omelette at a time

COMBI OVEN

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C, 50% steam
  2. Remove from packaging and place on non-stick baking paper on a tray
  3. Thawed: 10-12 minutes
  4. Frozen: 12-15 minutes

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C
  2. If packaged, do not remove from wrap
  3. Thawed: 10 minutes
  4. Frozen: 15 minutes

SANDWICH PRESS

  1. Preheat 220°C
  2. Remove packaging and place between non-stick baking paper
  3. Thawed: 2 minutes and 30 seconds
  4. Frozen: not recommended

GRILL / HOTPLATE

  1. Preheat grill or hotplate
  2. Remove packaging
  3. Thawed: 4 minutes
  4. Frozen: not recommended

BURLODGE AND/OR STEAM OVEN EQUIVALENT
